FADDpoint is a small studio based in Alba (Piedmont) specializing in 3D printing, 3D design, and 3D scanning. We work with both individuals and companies, on projects ranging from functional prototypes to finished products.

Each project is directly managed by us, from initial assessment to delivery. We are not a mass production center: we focus on understanding what is truly needed and finding the most suitable solution, whether it's a unique piece or a small series.

Fill out the form on the Quote page with a description of the project, indicative dimensions, and desired material (if you already know it). If available, you can also attach a 3D file (STL, STEP) of the model to allow for a more precise evaluation. We will reply within 1–2 business days.

The quote is free and without obligation.

For products already available in our shop, you can purchase directly online.
For custom prints, start from the Quote page: you will receive order confirmation after quote acceptance.

Timescales vary based on complexity and material. Generally:

Simple prints: 3–5 business days
Complex or multi-part prints: 5–10 business days
Projects including 3D design/scanning: timescales to be agreed

Timescales are provided during the quotation or order confirmation.

Shop products - orders can be canceled by filling out the return form available here, provided they have not already been shipped. If the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. We work with a wide range of materials: PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, PP, PA (Nylon), PPA-CF, and PPS-CF. During the quotation phase, we will advise you on the most suitable material for your project.

Yes, for some materials (PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU), we offer a wide range of colors and effects. Availability is verified during the quotation phase.

Every print follows a structured pre- and post-production process, adapted to the specific material's needs to ensure optimal quality and durability. Any additional treatments—such as varnishing, polishing, or surface finishing, or assembly—are available upon request and are agreed upon during the quotation phase.

Yes, we also handle small and medium-sized productions. Based on the quantity requested, we will assess production times, costs, and print optimization methods together to ensure the best possible result.

We create bespoke 3D designs for prototypes, functional components, and custom products. Each model is developed with its final application, printing specifications, and materials in mind from the outset.

Sketches, photographs, reference measurements, or a detailed description of the idea are useful to begin the design process. Based on the information provided, we handle 3D modeling and project development.

Yes. We can work with existing 3D models to make modifications, optimizations, or technical adaptations.

Personalized or custom-printed products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
