2. Responsibility for Content

I guarantee that the model sent:

• Does not violate any third party rights, including copyright, patent, or trademark.
• It does not contain any illegal, offensive or prohibited content.

3. Limitation of Liability

FADDpoint is not responsible for any design defects in the submitted file or for damages resulting from the use of the printed object. The service is provided "as is," with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

FADDpoint does not acquire any rights to the submitted model and will not use it for any purpose other than printing the requested item. The files will be treated confidentially.

5. Acceptance and Confirmation

I agree that by submitting this file, I have read and understood the terms above and authorize the printing of my project.
